# Hound Forward

Hound Forward is an Australian company building a movement-monitoring platform for dog owners. This website is the waitlist and product overview for the Dog Owner App, which is coming soon for iOS and Android.

The planned app turns a short phone video of a dog walking naturally into a clear, plain-language summary of movement and posture. It is designed to help owners notice patterns, compare walks over time, and describe what they are seeing.

The Dog Owner App is in development. The charts, sample results, and report examples on this site are illustrative previews of the planned experience, not assessments of a real dog.

## What We Are Building

- An app that films a normal walk with a phone and produces a plain-language summary of movement and posture.
- A way to compare similar walks over time, so a one-off awkward step can be separated from a recurring pattern.
- A clearer record of movement that owners can discuss with a qualified veterinarian when appropriate.

## Waitlist

The waitlist asks for an email address and whether you would be willing to share some short walking videos of your dog in the future to help improve the product. The checkbox only records interest in participating later. No video uploads are accepted at this time. You must be at least 18 years old to join.
